Most card declines aren’t our doing — they come from your issuing bank’s fraud system not recognizing a Delaware-based merchant or a cross-border charge. Try again with 3-D Secure enabled, or contact your bank to whitelist “HOSTIGER INC”. If you’re paying from Türkiye, use the iyzico checkout instead — it stays on Turkish rails and is virtually always approved.
No. Hostiger is PCI-compatible compliant by never touching your card number — what we store is a tokenized reference from our PCI-Level-1 payment processor. We can charge that token for future invoices but we cannot read or export your actual card details. You can remove the token from your account with one click.
The minimum top-up is $10 USD-equivalent — chosen so that the network/miner fee never eats your top-up. Above $999, we require basic KYC (passport or national ID upload) per our AML policy. Below that threshold, no identity verification needed.
Visa / MasterCard prepaid debit cards work for one-time top-ups but cannot be saved as auto-charge methods (their tokens expire too quickly). Pure gift cards (e.g. unloaded prepaid Visa, store gift cards) are not accepted because they can’t be charged back if there’s a billing dispute.
No setup fees on any plan in any region. No payment-method surcharges — paying by Amex costs you the same as paying by PayPal or crypto. The only fees that ever appear on an invoice are the line items for the services you used.
Click “Destroy” on a VPS in the dashboard. Billing stops to-the-second — no end-of-month penalty, no “30 days notice” clauses. Remaining account balance is refundable to your original payment method within one business day.
All card processing is handled by Stripe (PCI-compatible Level 1, the highest tier) and iyzico for Turkish rails (PCI-compatible Level 1, BDDK supervised). Cryptocurrency settlement runs through BitPay and Coinbase Commerce. Hostiger never sees raw payment instrument data — only tokenized references.
No. We comply with US, UK and EU sanctions lists, which means we cannot accept payments from or provide services to entities or individuals in jurisdictions sanctioned by OFAC, HM Treasury or the EU Council. The current excluded countries are listed on our compliance page; the list is reviewed monthly.
