    Which operating system I can choose?

    Linux (free), Windows Server (extra cost or trial). We have the most used Linux distributions like CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu Server. Additionally you can choose Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 and 2022.

    I need more resources. What can I do?

    At any time without reinstalling the operating system, you can switch to a higher plan, which enables you to gain more RAM, CPU and disk space.

    Virtual servers are safe?

    Totally, since you're the only one with the key administrator. VMware technology creates individual virtual machines, unlike the VPS, do not share the base operating system. This provides a safe environment and allows access only to your virtual machine.

    How long does the activation?

    According to the stock status, the order is activated between 15 and 120 minutes. If the delivery period lasts longer, your service period is added +1 day.

    Is the console available?

    Only available on Cloud VPS plans. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a console because VMware VPS , Forex VPS and Cloud Server Plans run on VMware Hypervisor. However, it is sufficient to open a support case for your reinstallation requests.

    What is the connection speed?

    According to the virtual server plan that you purchased, your connection speed varies between 100 mbit/s and 1 Gbit/s. The specified network speeds may vary depending on the distance between the location of your country and the server location.

    What will I pay next year?

    Our prices are valid as long as you continue. In other words, you will pay the same fee in the following years.
